How we Ship
We offer flat rate shipping, meaning it is $4.99 for 1 item and then $1 more for each additional item.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within a 24 hour time period from when they are placed. Of course this is not always 100% the case, but we try to make sure we get you your items as soon as possible. Orders placed over the weekend (after 5PM CST Friday or on Saturday/Sunday) take longer due to operating hour restrictions; your order will be processed immediately the following Monday morning and usually ships same day. Please feel free to inquire about the status of any order placed.
We ship by USPS and UPS. Once the order package is in the hands of the courier, it usually takes 2-4 days depending on where the package is shipping to; international orders will take longer. When your order is shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information. If not, you are always welcome to send us an email any time!
Return & Exchange Policy
Of course you are welcome to return or exchange any items you are not satisfied with for whatever reason.
We want you to be pleased with every order we send you. Please check your order carefully when it arrives and let us know if anything is not as it should be. Most items are eligible for refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery, with some exceptions. Items must be unused and unworn, with any original tags or packaging, and must be returned in resalable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items that have been washed and/or dried in the dryer, damaged/stained after delivery, smell of smoke, are covered in pet/human hair or have the size label/tag cut or torn out may be subject to restocking fees or rejection and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense..
If you believe your order arrived damaged/defective, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist.
Items returned after the 60 day time frame are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

How do I return items for refund?
Click here to print out a return/exchange form. You do not need to contact us for a return authorization. Please print and fill out this form and include a copy of your invoice/packing slip. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account.

How do I exchange my item for a different size/style?
You have two options for exchanges:
- RECOMMENDED: Return your items for refund, and place a new order on our website at any time. This will ensure that your selection is in stock, and your new order will get to you quicker.
- Note your new selections on the return form, and fill out the credit card information. A new shipping fee (based on the rates on our site), plus any difference in item price, will be calculated and applied to your account.
